The ingredients vary according to the personal choice.Here are the main ingredients used to make Fish curry.

Fish Curry Recipe Steps 

1.Fish fillets should be cut into 1-inch pieces.

2. A big saucepan with medium heat is used to heat the oil. Approximately 5 minutes ,add the onion and cook until softened.

3 Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute more.

4.Add the garam masala, turmeric, and chilli powder after stirring. Cook for an additional minute.

5.Add the salt, pepper, tomatoes, and coconut milk. Once the mixture has come to a boil, turn down the heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

6.Cook the fish in the curry for 5-7 minutes, or until it is thoroughly cooked.
